YesPinoy Foundation will be in Sarangani this AUGUST 8 for Project 888!
We will be gathering Public High School students for a leadership development forum, and will be bringing in speakers who will truly inspire and be good examples for these young people.
The speakers for Project 888 Sarangani are:
Jose Sixto “Dingdong” Dantes III is the Chairman of YesPinoy Foundation. Formed in 2009 by Dingdong and his friends, YesPinoy has grown into a national organization that helps the Philippines through programs and projects that focus on the Young, promote Education and Serves the Philippines especially in times of need. Dingdong is also a Commissioner of the National Youth Commission.
Homer Nievera is a Digital Evangelist, Revenue Strategist, Tech Entrepreneur and Speaker in those areas. He helps businesses establish goals and hit revenue targets through strategic mentoring, positioning, content marketing, social media, platform solutions, and business/product development. He is involved in crafting winnable campaigns, creating compelling content, writing effective marketing copy, streamlining business processes and all things in between. He is the only Filipino who held a global post for Silicon Valley-type companies such as Friendster and Multiply.
Michael Fua was the head of the Philippine chapter of the world’s largest youth-driven organization, AIESEC, which is present in 124 countries and territories with over 80,000 active members. He has represented the the Philippines several times through his participation as a delegate, facilitator and even master of ceremony for conferences in various countries aimed in making youth leadership development more accessible and effective around the world. He’s personally spearheaded and oversaw several youth summits and movements in the country as well, including Asia Pacific Congress 2014, Southeast Asia Congress 2015, and Youth Leadership Month 2015. He graduated from University of the Philippines Diliman with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Joyce Pring is an inspiring TV and Events Host, Magic 89.9 DJ, #GroupHugMusic Singer and a self-proclaimed Awkward dancer. She was a part of Eat Bulaga, is an online influencer, racer, and painter from UP Fine Arts. Her humble beginnings in Tondo has led her to bring that message of hard work and perseverance to all young people.
Mark Lozano is the Founder and Country Head of One Million Lights Philippines. One Million Lights Philippines is a nationally-awarded, youth-led organization providing solar-powered lights to impoverished, off-grid Filipino communities. It is a Spirit of Edsa Awardee 2012 and a National Champion, Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations 2012.
